Manage Retrofits of your buildings in the BuildingMinds platform. Get an overview of planned, completed, or retrofits in progress and filter the overview by continent, country, and region down to the building level. View the impact of individual retrofits on the stranding risk, energy intensity, and carbon intensity for each building. Based on the retrofits added to each building and the entered CapEx, the impact on costs and carbon emissions for the entire portfolio is simulated in the Retrofit simulations dashboard. For more information, see Retrofit simulation.
