BuildingMinds' data management stands as the primary hub for real estate and building life cycle data, offering convenient access to building information, documents and activities.

The new design, as newly introduced in Q1 2024, is your one-stop destination for all building related information. Here's a breakdown of what's available.

Digital Twin Proxima

Essential features

  • Access information such as building name, building address, and energy rating certificates and comprehensive area measurements.

  • The Digital Twin page provides effortless access to vital information such as available parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, number of floors, expected life end date of the building, construction year, as well as additional factors like energy rating and primary heating and electricity sources. All key building details are conveniently accessible in one location.

  • Simply zoom in on the world map to easily locate your buildings across the globe.

  • Explore additional insights like property type, ownership details, refurbishment date, life expectancy, exact address, construction date, and the availability of charging stations throughout the building.

  • Area Measurements offer an extensive breakdown of area types, measurement accuracy, standards utilized for measurement, validity, and other pertinent details.

Accessing Data management

  • The Data management section reflects your currently filtered portfolio, allowing you to focus on building, site, or rental unit levels.

  • From the left-hand menu, you can access related real estate objects such as sites and rental units, documents like green building certificates and energy ratings, and physical objects like meters and meter readings.

  • When accessing an individual building, site, or rental unit, the top bar changes to Detail mode, allowing you to view additional related objects specific to that building.

Focus

  • Focus on one of three real estate objects: Buildings, Sites, or Rental units.

  • One object is always in focus, such as Buildings, which serve as the main list displayed.

Real Estate Objects

  • Related real estate objects include Rental units and Sites that are linked to the current real estate focus.

Documents

  • Access documents related to real estate objects such as Green Building Certificates and Energy Ratings.

Physical objects

  • View and manage physical objects, such as Meters and Meter readings.

Financial data

  • Access and analyze financial data related to your building portfolio.

Virtual objects

  • Manage virtual representations of physical elements within your buildings.

Lease data

  • View and manage data related to leases, including terms, conditions, and current status.
