Data management features

Focus on real estate objects
The platform allows users to manage key real estate objects, including Buildings, Sites, and Rental units. At any time, one of these objects is in focus, such as Buildings, which serves as the primary list displayed.

Real estate objects
Users can access and manage Sites and Rental units associated with the currently selected real estate object.

Documents
The platform enables access to important real estate-related documents, such as Green Building Certificates and Energy Ratings.

Physical objects
Users can manage Equipment and Meters, including tracking meter readings and other physical assets related to buildings.

Virtual objects
This section allows users to interact with Operational measurements, representing digital versions of key building elements.

Lease data
Users can manage Rental contracts and Tenant information, ensuring efficient lease tracking and management.

Organizational data
The platform provides tools to manage Organisation and roles, defining responsibilities and user access.
