Focus on real estate objects
The platform allows users to manage key real estate objects, including Buildings, Sites, and Rental units. At any time, one of these objects is in focus, such as Buildings, which serves as the primary list displayed.
Related assets
Users can access and manage Sites and Rental units associated with the currently selected real estate object.
Documents
The platform enables access to important real estate-related documents, such as Green Building Certificates and Energy Ratings.
Green Building Certificates
Green building certificates help assess and validate a building’s sustainability performance. These certificates are managed at the building level within the platform.
Energy performance certificates (EPCs)
EPCs report is an EU rating scheme tailored to German requirements, offering options for energy consumption and energy demand assessments.
Equipment
Users can manage Equipment and Meters, including tracking meter readings and other physical assets related to buildings.
Resource consumption
The Resource consumption page is designed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of managing data related to the consumption of Energy, Waste, Water, and Fugitives.
ESG
The ESG Data Hub simplifies ESG building data collection and reporting across the BuildingMinds platform, enabling streamlined compliance and sustainability insights.
Financial data (Valuations)
The Valuation interface allows users to manage estimated monetary values of buildings, including associated land and structures.
Lease data
Users can manage Rental contracts and Tenant information, ensuring efficient lease tracking and management.
