Certificates

We support various green building certificates:

1. BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method): An international framework for evaluating and measuring the environmental, social, and economic sustainability performance of new and existing buildings, communities, and infrastructure projects. 2. DGNB (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen or German Sustainable Building Council): Certification based on life cycle assessment, a holistic approach, and performance emphasis. For more information, see the DGNB system.

3. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design): A global rating system promoting healthy, efficient, and cost-saving green buildings. See the LEED rating system for more details.

4. Minergie: Climate-conscious building certificates in Switzerland and Lichtenstein, including Minergie, Minergie - A, and Minergie - P standards. For more information, see MINERGIE.


Energy Ratings

We support the following energy ratings:

Energy Performance Certificate (Energieausweis): An EU rating scheme tailored to German requirements, offering options for energy consumption and energy demand assessments. For more information, see: Leitfaden Energieausweis (in German).

Customized EPCs for some European Countries: Country-specific Energy Performance Certificates for Austria (Energieausweis), France (diagnostic de performance énergétique’ (DPE)), Italy (Attestato di Prestazione Energetica), Switzerland (GEAK/CECB/CECE), United Kingdom (Energy Performance Certificate).
