The Lease event tab of the Lease management dashboard reports event types and contract values, enabling you to manage contract validity over time. You can access the tab under Asset management, Lease management, and Lease events.
Select between Lease-in and Lease-out under Controls to view your lease-in or lease-out events.

Development over time | View the different event types and their contract values like gross rent and gross rentable area of buildings over time. Get an overview of which contracts are expiring or have their notice period in the near future to take further actions. Lease events are divided into the following: - Contract start Circles in the graph represent each contract and the size indicates the gross rentable areas. The color represents the event type and the position indicates the gross rent. On the Month-from-today-axis, you can use the slider to display lease events from the past, future, or around the current month. The 0 represents the current month. For more details on each contract, hover over the circle. |
Total events | Total number of lease events in the portfolio. |
Contracts end events | Number of contracts with a contract end. |
Contract start events | Number of contracts with a contract start. |
Notice period events | Number of contracts with a notice period. |
This section displays detailed contract dates information like contract start and end dates, the notice period, and the notice period date. Select one contract from the list and click on Go to details to display the contract information. View the different contract date, sort the list per date, and have an in-depth overview of lease contract data. You can view the following information in the detailed view.

This table displays all contracts without a contract end date where either the end date is missing in the data or contracts that do not have an end date because they are open-ended lease agreements. To identify the contracts where data is missing, select a contract and click on Go to details. You view the following detailed information.
