You can connect with us in two ways:
Chat on the BuildingMinds Platform
1. Using the Chat
Click on the Chat icon at the bottom right corner of the platform screen.
Choose whether to send us a message or to create a ticket.
If creating a ticket, enter the required information and your request.
Click Create ticket.
You will receive an email with further information on your support case from our Customer Success Team.
Note
If we are online at the same time, you will receive an immediate response from our support team.
When that's not the case, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
