Sustainability passport

The sustainability passport is a one-page report containing the main building information and its sustainability KPIs. This allows users to monitor carbon emissions, resource consumption, and stranding risks. Users can also compare the building's performance with the rest of the portfolio, and check the data coverage for the different resource types.

The sustainability passport is generated for a calendar year. First, select the year for which you want to get the one-pager in the right upper corner. The passport is only available on building level.

  1. Open the building for which you want to view the passport. For more information, see Access your real-estate objects.

  2. Select the Digital twin tab.

The Overview tab for the building opens.

  3. Switch from the Overview to the Sustainability passport tab.

  4. Select the calendar year by clicking on BM_icons_chevron down in the right upper corner.
