The site to which the real-estate object belongs. Only visible when viewing the object. When adding or editing the object, the field is not displayed. The value is automatically set.

Enter a name for the real-estate object.

Land code

Enter your company-specific internal code for the land.

Valid from

Enter a date from when the real-estate object is valid. In many cases, this will be when the real-estate object is purchased or the lease begins, for which the real-estate object's data is already accessible on the platform.

Valid until

Enter a date until the real-estate object is valid. This will often be when the real-estate object is sold or the lease has ended, but the data must be kept accessible for the legally required time.

Select the type to which the land belongs.

Indicates if the type of ownership is a tenant or owner

Land coverage

Select if the land is covered, partially covered, or not covered.

Parcel ID

Enter the parcel identifier related to this land. Add one or more parcel IDs to the land. A parcel is a piece of property registered under a numbered ownership with the land registry.
