How to set up authorization?

When setting up authorization for your organization, we recommend the following workflow:

  1. Start with a role concept to define your user roles according to your organization's requirements. How to create a role concept?

  2. Create the roles and permissions according to your role concept. Roles

  3. Add your users to the BuildingMinds Platform. Users need to follow the sign-up process according to your setup. Add user

  4. Assign roles to your users. Assign roles to users

  5. Set Feature Permissions for Roles. Once roles are assigned, you can further customize access by setting Feature Permissions. Navigate to the 'Roles' menu in the Admin panel, click 'Edit permissions' on the Role page, and configure specific Feature Permissions under the new 'Feature Permissions' tab.
