Perform weather and vacancy data normalization

Data normalization can be applied in several tabs of the dashboard Resources and Emissions, as well as in Risk and Cost Prediction and Retrofit Simulation dashboards.

1. Access BuildingMinds Platform.

2. Navigate to the desired dashboard.

3. Go on the Controls panel.

4. Click on the drop down menu and choose weather and vacancy normalization.

   You will get an overview of normalized data, i.e isolation of both weather and retrofit effects on energy consumption.

Weather normalization

To perform weather normalization, you need to:

1. Access BuildingMinds Platform.

2. Navigate to the desired dashboard.

3. Go on the Controls panel.

4. Click on the drop-down menu and choose weather normalization.

   You will get an overview of normalized data, i.e. isolation of weather effects on energy consumption.

Vacancy normalization

To perform vacancy normalization, you need to:

1. Access BuildingMinds Platform.

2. Go on the Controls panel.

3. Click on the drop-down menu and choose vacancy normalization.

   You will get an overview of normalized data, i.e isolation of retrofit effects on energy consumption.
