Reset password (without Single Sign-On)

Note

You only can reset your password if your organization is not using Single Sign-On (SSO) as accessing method to the BuildingMinds Platform.

  1. When logging into the BuildingMinds Platform, enter your email address and click Continue. Email is auto-filled in the Login screen.

  2. Click Forgot your password?

  3. Enter your email address registered for the BuildingMinds Platform and click Send verification code. You receive a verification code via email. Check also your spam or other folders of your inbox.

  4. Enter the verification code that you received via email and click Submit code. If the code is expired, click on Resend code.

  5. Enter a new valid password. The password requirements are specified on the screen.

  6. Re-enter your password. It must match with the first-entered password.

  7. Click Continue. You are redirected to the login page.

  8. Enter your registered email and newly set password.
