View the impact of individual retrofits on the stranding risk, energy intensity, and carbon intensity for each building.

Based on the retrofits added to each building and the entered CapEx, the impact on costs and carbon emissions for the entire portfolio is simulated in the Retrofit simulations dashboard. For more information, see Retrofit simulation.

The Retrofit simulation dashboard allows customers to assess building performance according to the decarbonization targets. Users can simulate retrofit scenarios to monitor carbon emissions, energy consumption, future carbon saving, and capital expenditure.
