I tried to log in, but it says my user already exists.

When the user is created but not activated, after some time, the user is automatically marked as inactive.

If you try to log in once your user status is inactive, you are redirected to the error screen since your user already exists.

Solution: Reach out to your organization's BuildingMinds administrator to delete your user and sign up again.
