Energy rating dashboards

The energy rating dashboard offers a comprehensive overview including energy certificates for each portfolio by country, portfolio rates with energy classes, certificate expiration dates, buildings meeting energy efficiency standards (PAI and EU taxonomy), and detailed building breakdowns. Access these dashboards in Sustainability under ESG reporting, Energy ratings.

Energy rating KPIs

Information	Description
Asset with energy rating available	Viewing how many energy ratings are available in the portfolio.
Average primary energy	The average primary energy in the portfolio.
Assets with class A or B (SFDR)	Assets of class A and B complying with SFDR.
Assets with class A (EU taxonomy)	Assets of class A complying with EU taxonomy.

Energy expiration (per year)

Dashboard	Description
Energy expiration	Viewing how many EPCs are expiring within a year.

Classification according to GFA or GAV

GFA	View classification of GFA (Gross Floor Area) per energy rating.	Sqm

Energy rating coverage (per country)

Dashboard	Description
Available	View how many energy ratings are available per country.
Not available	View how many energy ratings are missing per country.

Detailed breakdown

Information	Description
Building Name	The name of the asset.
Energy class	Viewing to which energy class an asset belongs.
Property type	Type of asset, e.g., RESIDENTIAL.
Area	Total area per sqm of an asset.
Final energy	Amount of final energy used within an asset.
Primary energy	The primary energy needed within an asset.
Reporting type	Viewing whether a certificate reports consumption or demand for an asset.
Valid Until	The expiration date of an EPC, useful for determining energy efficiency
Evidence	Get proof of EPC useful for GRESB reporting and SFDR.

Filters, controls and data coverage

Filter	Description
Buildings by country	Number of assets per country.
Buildings by validity per year	KPIs and data of assets per validity year.
Buildings by class	KPIs and data on assets divided by class.
Buildings by property type	KPIs and data on assets based on property type.

Controls	Description
Count of buildings	Select if you want to see KPIs and data per count of buildings.
Share of buildings	Select if you want to see KPIs and data per share of buildings (in percentage).
Gross floor area (m2)	Select if you want to see KPIs and data per gross floor area (m2) .
Gross asset value (EUR)	Select if you want to see KPIs and data per gross asset value (EUR) .

Data Coverage	Description
No class	View how many assets do not have class available.
No EPC	View how many assets miss an EPCs.
