Certificates Dashboard

Certificate dashboards offer key insights such as total available certificates for the portfolio and by country, certified building counts, portfolio certification share, certificate validity, and detailed breakdowns. Access these dashboards in Sustainability under ESG reporting, Certificates.

Certificates overview

Information	Description
Certificated buildings	Show the number of buildings holding a certificate.
Total certificates	Show the total number of buildings holding a valid certificate.
BREEAM	Show the average number of buildings with BREAM certificate.
DGNB	Show the average number of buildings with DGNB certificate.
LEED	Show the average number of buildings with LEED certificate.
MINERGIE	Show the average number of buildings with MINERGIE certificate.
Expiring certificates "Valid until"	Show the number of expiring certificates on each quarter based on calendar year. The chart only shows the quarter that has more than 0 expiring certificates.

Buildings certification coverage (per country)

Information	Description
Certified buildings	show the number of buildings that have certificates displayed based on each country.
Non certified buildings	show the number of buildings that do not have certificates displayed based on each country.

Detailed breakdown

Information	Description
Building Name	Name of the asset.
Certificate	Name of the certificate of the asset holds.
Level	The naming category that defines the performance of the building based on the point system
Type of Certificate	The name of the certificate rating system
Country	Name of the country where the asset is located.
Area (m²)	Total area of the asset.
Score	Estimate of how sustainable and energy efficient a building is.
Total days to expire	Number of days until the EPC expires.
Valid until	Expiration date of the EPC.
Evidence	Proof that an asset is certified. By clicking you will be redirected to the PDF proving evidence.
Link to Certificate Page	By clicking on the arrow, you will be redirected to the Sustainability - ESG Reporting- Certificates. It shows the certificate tiles in a building level.

Filters and controls

Filters	Description
Buildings by country	Filter countries and see all the certified and uncertified buildings within that country, e.g. select Austria.
Buildings by validity per year	Select the year to see how many buildings have a valid certificate.
Type of certificate	Filter the certificate type and see how many buildings have that certain EPC, e.g. select BREEAM.
Construction	Filter buildings per year of construction and see which have an available EPC or missing one and decide accordingly, e,g select 2023
Buildings by property type	Filter assets per type and see which ones are certified and which ones are missing an EPC, e.g. select Hotel.

Controls	Description
Count of buildings	Select if you want to view data per count of buildings.
Share of buildings	Select if you want to view data per share of buildings.
Gross floor area	Select if you want to view data per gross floor area.
Gross asset value	Select if you want to view data per gross asset value.

Data Coverage

Information	Description
Reported	Select click on the green bar if you want to see the amount of data reporting in terms of EPC.
No certificate	Select the red bar to see how the amount of missing data, in terms of EPC.
