Select from the following retrofit types. You can select one or several types.

Change energy source

If you are planning to change the energy source for the building, you can select the following energy sources.

Self-procured electricity source

Select the source of your electricity that you are self-procuring for your building that will change with the retrofit. If you are switching from a conventional electricity mix to a 100% renewable contract select the option 100% renewable sources.

Primary heating source

Select the main heating source for your building that will change with the retrofit. You can select from the following source:

Heating oil, Heat pump, Natural gas, District heating

Expected reduction in electricity demand: enter a reduction in electricity demand in percent if you are expecting a reduction related to the measure.

Expected reduction in heating demand: enter a reduction in heating demand in percent if you are expecting a reduction related to the measure.

Improve energy efficiency

Select the subcategories for which you can improve energy consumption. For example, for installing a more efficient heating and cooling system in the building, select Heating and Coo-ling. You can select from the following categories:

Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Lighting, Other

After selecting the category, enter the expected reduction in heating and electricity demand.

Expected reduction in electricity demand: enter a reduction in electricity demand in percent if you are expecting a reduction related to the measure.

Expected reduction in heating demand: enter a reduction in heating demand in percent if you are expecting a reduction related to the measure.

Thermal envelope

Select the subcategories for which you can improve the thermal envelope of the building. For example, if you are planning to insulate the facade and add better insulating windows, select Facade and Windows. You can select from the following categories:

Roof, Facade, Windows, Other

After selecting the category, enter the expected reduction in heating and electricity demand.

Expected reduction in electricity demand: enter a reduction in electricity demand in percent if you are expecting a reduction related to the measure.

Expected reduction in heating demand: enter a reduction in heating demand in percent if you are expecting a reduction related to the measure.

Impact estimation

Enter under impact estimation the expected amount you need to invest for the measure and if the measure requires a vacancy.

Requires vacancy: Select if the measure requires a vacancy.
