The Overview tab of the Lease management dashboard provides lease KPIs for your portfolio as well as all relevant insights on the performance and evolution of your leases. Select between Lease-in and Lease-out under Controls to view your lease-in or lease-out data.

Yearly rent | View the yearly cost of your lease-in portfolio. Calculation: Monthly rent of all active leases multiplied by 12. |
Outstanding obligations | View the outstanding cost of your portfolio until the lease contract ends. Calculation: Monthly rent multiplied by the number of the remaining month until the contract ends. |
WALT | View the average time when most lease contracts will be terminated and plan further actions. Calculation: Weighted Average Lease Term is the Outstanding obligations divided by the Yearly rent. |
Total rentable area | Area in m2 that is leased-in. |
No. of employees | Number of employees using the space of the lease-in portfolio. |
No. of workspaces | Number of workspaces in the lease-in portfolio. |
No. of active leases | Number of active leases for which the end date is in the future in the lease-in portfolio. |
Lease-to-own ratio | View the ratio between rented and owned buildings to understand if you are more inclined to leasing-in or owning buildings. Calculation: Number of active leases divided by the number of owned buildings. |
Monthly rent/m2 | View how much rent you are paying per m2 on average. Calculation: Monthly rent divided by the Total rentable area. |
Monthly rent/employee | View how much rent you are paying per employee on average. Calculation: Monthly rent divided by the No. of employees. |
Monthly rent/workspace | View how much rent you are paying per workspace on average. Calculation: Monthly rent divided by the No. of workspaces. |
KPI comparison | Select two KPIs from the drop-down list to compare them in the chart. You can combine the following KPIs in one chart. The KPIs are available per Building, City, and Region. Select the level with the buttons on top. Understand which regions, cities, or buildings are more expensive, which are more preferred for a lease-in, which ones are preferred to be rentable areas, or which ones require more time to pay off currently active contracts. Hover over the chart to view if there are contracts with different rental unit types belonging to the same building. |
Development over time | View the cost development and the number of current active leases over time. Understand which leases are currently active and which ones are expiring. Visualize the rent cost on a monthly basis to build a financial plan for future leases. |

Tenant structure | View the relation between Yearly rent and Outstanding obligations for all tenants or the top 10 tenants. Get granular information about the tenant’s yearly rent percentage in total yearly rent in hovering over the bars. Estimate which tenants are going to generate the most revenue yearly and how much revenue each tenant will generate in the coming periods. |

Top tenants | View the relationship between top tenants’ yearly rent and cumulative percentage in total yearly rent. Estimate which tenants generate the highest revenue and select the revenue contribution from three options: up to 60%, up to 80%, and up to 100%. |
