Manage resource consumption data

You can directly display and manage the resource consumption data stored in the BuildingMinds Platform in the tab Data management under Sustainability or Asset management.

Add new items, edit values of existing items, and delete items when you detect data errors during your data validation for your GRESB reporting before submitting the data to the GRESB portal.

Add item

1. Open the building you want to change or add resource consumption data. For more information on how to find and open buildings, see Access your real-estate objects.

2. Click on the tab Sustainability or Asset management.

3. Click on the tab Data management.

4. To add data, click the Add new item. Enter the information and click Add. For more information on the resource consumption data, see Resource consumption information.

Edit item

1. Open the building you want to change or add resource consumption data. For more information on how to find and open buildings, see Access your real-estate objects.

2. Click on the tab Sustainability or Asset management.

3. Click on the tab Data management.

4. To edit an item, click on and select Edit row. Change the values and confirm them by clicking on the check-mark icon. To cancel the changes, click on the cross icon.

Delete item

1. Open the building you want to change or add resource consumption data. For more information on how to find and open buildings, see Access your real-estate objects.

2. Click on the tab Sustainability or Asset management.

3. Click on the tab Data management.

4. To delete an item, click on and select Delete row.

   The entry is instantly deleted.
