Rental units

A rental unit is a residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, or other property that is leased to tenants in exchange for periodic payments, usually on a monthly basis. Rental units can include apartments, houses, condominiums, townhouses, retail spaces, offices, and other types of properties that are intended for occupancy by tenants.

You can access rental units on Preview of the new platform under Data management, Rental units.

Access area measurement for rental units

1. Click on Data management tab.

2. Click on Rental units tab.

Add area measurement for rental units

1. Click on the Data management tab.

2. Click on the Rental units tab.

3. Click on +Add on the top right corner within the list.

4. Fill out all the mandatory fields marked with a (*).

The newly added area measurement is available in the list.
