Create a support case

You can create a support case directly in the BuildingMinds Platform or in the Support portal.

In the platform

  1. Open the user menu by clicking on your user name initials on the right side of the top bar menu.

  2. Select Get support.

  3. Enter the information and a description and click Send. You can view the status of your case under My Support in the Support Portal.

    Note

    You cannot upload screenshots or video recordings when submitting a support case to the BuildingMinds Platform. Go to My Support in the Support Portal to add your screenshots or recordings.

    You will receive an email with further information on your support case from our Customer Success Team.

In the Support portal

  1. Open the user menu by clicking on your user name initials on the right side of the top bar menu.

  2. Select Support portal.

    You are redirected to the Support portal.

  3. Another option is accessing the Support portal directly under support.onbuildingminds.com.

  4. Log in with your BuildingMinds Platform user name and password.

  5. Select My support in the top bar menu.

    View the list with all your submitted support cases. You can update your cases, upload screenshots or video recordings, and cancel cases here.

  6. Select Create.

  7. Enter the information and a description and click Create.

    You will receive an email with further information on your support case from our Customer Success Team.
