Activities

Assign tasks to real-estate elements and track various activities for buildings, floors, spaces, etc. Set start, due, and completion dates within these activities, covering tasks like vacancy analysis, maintenance, and equipment. Assigned individuals receive email notifications.

Activities go through the following workflow:

  1. Add an activity, see Add activity for instructions.

  2. Add a start and a due date.

  3. Assign to a person that will perform the task.

    The person assigned gets notified via email.

  4. After completing the task, add a completion date to the activity.
