The Fund Management page gives you, as an administrator, the ability to create and manage all your funds. Any changes you make to funds here are automatically reflected in the Custom Structure field in the Filter Portfolio window.
Select the Admin panel icon in the left menu.
Select the Funds under Custom Structure.
The list of all available funds will open automatically.
To create a new fund:
1. Click the Add button above the table.
2. Fill in the required fields:
Name
Validity period (Valid from / Valid until)
3. Complete any optional fields if you want to add more details. These fields are not mandatory.
After creating a fund, you’ll see a message explaining that the fund must be added to the custom structure before you can assign buildings to it.

To do this:
Go to Hierarchy page in the Admin panel.
Click the + icon to add a fund.
For the Node type, enter Fund.
A dropdown will show all available funds. Choose the one you want to add.
Once the fund is added to the custom structure, you can assign buildings to the Fund in the Fund management page.
Inside Fund Management, you’ll find two sections:
Buildings: All buildings that have been added to the selected fund.
Fund History: A list of all changes made to this fund.
When adding a building to a fund:
Click Add in the Buildings section.
In the pop-up window, select one of the existing buildings from the dropdown list.
Enter a value between 0 and 100 to specify the Building Ownership rate.
Fill in the Valid From field.
Save your changes. The fund history updates automatically.

You cannot set ownership for a future date. The system doesn’t allow updating historical records ahead of time.
Updating ownership with a date in the past is allowed and will correctly adjust the current ownership rate.
You cannot delete a building from a fund because the system must maintain a complete historical record for reports such as SFDR. If a building leaves a fund:
Set its ownership rate to zero (this represents a sale).
The building stays connected to the fund in history, but current ownership becomes zero.
You can also transfer a building to a different fund:
Select the new fund.
Specify when the transfer happened.
The system automatically sets the old fund’s ownership to zero and adds the building to the new fund with its updated ownership.
The custom structure updates to reflect the change.
