The Admin Panel provides centralised control over your platform setup, permissions, and organisational structure. Administrators can configure global defaults, manage user roles and access levels, define custom structures, and connect external integrations.

This area ensures your environment follows consistent governance rules while supporting the specific needs of your organisation. All configuration options are grouped into clear sections, allowing admins to manage settings efficiently and safely.

Only users with special admin role have access to this page.

Below is a brief overview of each functionality available in this section:

Platform setup

Global defaults

Global default settings allow administrators to set default values for:

• Language

• Currency

• Regional units

These defaults will be applied initially for all tenant users, ensuring consistency across the company and providing a familiar setup.

Reports configurations

The Reports configurations feature allows administrators to define a default fiscal year by allowing them to choose the start month of their company fiscal year, enhancing consistency and flexibility across reports. This configuration ensures that all users can use this feature to maintain consistent time period of a fiscal year across reports.

ESG deadlines

The ESG deadlines interface allows administrators to manage and set deadlines for compliance with ESG regulations. This feature ensures streamlined tracking of deadlines for specific frameworks such as Décret tertiaire and EU Taxonomy.

Permission Management

This allows administrators to control access to specific menu items based on user roles and assigned permissions.

Custom Structure

Custom Structure enables organizations to define and manage asset groupings - such as types, hierarchy, and funds - tailored to their operational and reporting needs.

The purpose of the Data Integrations tool is to get and receive data from external systems, process it and make it available for internal usage.

Organisation and roles

The Organisational data feature allows users to easily maintain and view information about organisations and their roles at a global or portfolio level. This data can be utilised in various scenarios, such as defining which organisation plays a specific role in a particular context (e.g., assigning organisations to rental contracts).

Tenant insights theme

Tenant insights theme settings give administrators the ability to customize the color theme and logos used in the tenant insights app. More information can be found here.

This customization is essential for branding purposes, particularly for communication with tenants (e.g., the "Welcome" email), since the tenants of our customers may not be familiar with BuildingMinds.
