This ensures that important updates are easy to notice, whether you are actively working in the system or checking your inbox. Each notification clearly explains what it relates to and, when a follow‑up action is needed, includes a direct link to the page where you can complete that action. This gives you quick access to the right place in the platform, helping you resolve issues faster and keep your data up to date.
Users who have permission to receive the "EPC Expiration" notification type will be notified when an EPC is approaching its expiration date. This helps ensure that important compliance documents are not overlooked and can be renewed on time. You will receive both an email and an in‑app notification through the Notification Center, sent once per day, listing all EPCs that will expire in 30/60/90/180/270 days.
Notifications are triggered only for buildings you have access to, ensuring the information is always relevant to your scope of work. Each notification includes a quick action link, allowing you to immediately open the relevant document page. This makes it easy to review the certificate, update information, or take any required next steps without searching through the platform.
