You can choose whether to send us a message or to create a ticket.

Create a ticket - Enter a short summary of your request in the Title field, and in the Description field provide a detailed explanation of the issue.
We also strongly recommend using the
Add file option, where you can upload screenshots clearly showing the issue, or any additional documents that can help us understand the problem more quickly and respond faster.

Send us a message - Here, an AI agent will respond and can guide you to our support portal, where you can find more detailed explanations of the platform’s features.
If needed, the AI agent can also connect you directly with our support team.
