Green building certificates help assess and validate a building’s sustainability performance. These certificates are managed at the building level within the platform. This article explains how to create a new green building certificate and manage its details.
To add a green building certificate, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Data management tab.
Select the desired Building.
Navigate to Documents > Green certificates in the left menu.
In the Green certificates section, click + Add.
Fill in the mandatory fields:
Certificate type
Reporting type
Valid from and Valid until
Optionally, provide additional details, for example:
Score
Rating level (mandatory for some certificates, optional for others)
Area type
4. Upload supporting documents – Attach any relevant documents for the certificate.
5. Click Save to complete the process.
The newly added certificate will now be displayed in the list.
To edit a certificate:
Hover over the certificate from the list.
Click the Edit icon.
Update the necessary fields.
Click Save to confirm changes.
To delete a certificate:
Hover over the certificate from the list.
Click the Delete icon.
Confirm the deletion in the prompt.
To view comprehensive information about any certificate:
Click the certificate for which you want to see details from the list.
Customize display fields – Choose which fields should be visible in the certificate list.
Green building certificates help track and manage a building’s sustainability status efficiently. By following these steps, users can create, edit, and delete certificates as needed to ensure up-to-date certification records.
