Green certificates

Green building certificates help assess and validate a building’s sustainability performance. These certificates are managed at the building level within the platform. This article explains how to create a new green building certificate and manage its details.


Access Green certificates

To add a green building certificate, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Data management tab.

  2. Select the desired Building.

  3. Navigate to Documents > Green certificates in the left menu.


Adding a new certificate

  1. In the Green certificates section, click + Add.

  2. Fill in the mandatory fields:

    • Certificate type

    • Reporting type

    • Valid from and Valid until

  3. Optionally, provide additional details, for example:

    • Score

    • Rating level (mandatory for some certificates, optional for others)

    • Area type

4. Upload supporting documents – Attach any relevant documents for the certificate.

5. Click Save to complete the process.
The newly added certificate will now be displayed in the list.


Edit a certificate

To edit a certificate:

  1. Hover over the certificate from the list.

  2. Click the Edit icon.

  3. Update the necessary fields.

  4. Click Save to confirm changes.


Delete a certificate

To delete a certificate:

  1. Hover over the certificate from the list.

  2. Click the Delete icon.

  3. Confirm the deletion in the prompt.


Certificate details

To view comprehensive information about any certificate:

  1. Click the certificate for which you want to see details from the list.


Managing certificates

  • Customize display fields – Choose which fields should be visible in the certificate list.
